Giggling Squid started 20 years ago when Andy and Pranee dreamed of bringing the lively Thai dining experience to the UK. In 2002, they began creating a unique tapas menu in the basement of a small fisherman’s cottage in Brighton.
This idea grew into the popular Giggling Squid restaurant, loved for its warm, fun atmosphere and tasty food. They crafted dishes that capture the true mealtime buzz of Thailand, with flavors that are both sweet and spicy.
